Vendor Market

Vendor applications are open!

WonderSeed Festival is a gathering point for local artists, makers, growers and businesses as well as family oriented community services and Not For Profits to connect to families and people from around Grey County and beyond.

You are invited to share you wares, talents and creations and help create a vibrant and successful vendor market, gallery, and presentation space at WonderSeed.


Please fill out the Vendor Application and let us know about what you intend to share with our guests. Preference is given to locally crafted, handmade goods and arts, and locally based services. 


All Vendors will be shared through our social media leading up to the event and will be included on the website Vendor Market directory with your logo and web link.

Vendors have the option to add to our contest prizes which will be happening leading up to the event and on the day.

Vendor Booths

5 x 7 vendors spaces include table and 1 chair and are set up under a large event tent. This booking includes 1 event pass.


10 x 10 and 10 x 20 vendor booths are for the space only. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent and interior chattels.

Tables and chairs can be rented through WonderSeed on the vendor form. 

Vendor Booths include 3 passes to be used by employees of the booth only.

Vendor bookings are 100% refundable up to 60 days ahead of the event ( by July 28 2024 ), after which a 50% refund is available up to 30 days ahead of the event. No refunds are available after August 28, 2024.


Becoming a Sponsor of WonderSeed is a great opportunity to showcase community building intentions while supporting arts and nature education. WonderSeed Sponsors help fund exciting artistic initiatives, inclusivity supports, and reduce the door fee for our Guests.


Our Lead Sponsors enjoys their name and logo included on all marketing, listed on the front page of the website, as well as in the Vendor Market directory, priority placement, a prime 20 x 10 booth at the event, stage area named for sponsor with banner, logo on ticket PDF’s, 2 custom cloth banners for front gate and inside event, inclusion in promo bags, and twice monthly posts through socials.


Maple Sponsors enjoy name and/or logo included on all posters and listed on the front page of the website as well as listing in the Vendor Market directory on the website a prime space booth at the event,  1 custom banner, inclusion in promo bags, and monthly posts through our socials
