About Alexis

Alexis has spent decades building businesses, developing projects, navigating complex regulatory environments, and bringing ambitious ideas into reality.
 

Her experience spans hospitality, tourism, land management & design, trail development, destination development, agritourism, branding, marketing, business creation, land stewardship, planning and legal processes (particularly in Ontario with deep experience through the Niagara Escarpment Commission and Ontario Land Tribunal), small and medium enterprises, and community-based business development.
 

I have personally led projects through years of approvals, financing challenges, operational design, branding, development, and launch, giving a visceral and practical understanding of the full spectrum of opportunities, challenges and realities founders face.
