Alexis has spent decades building businesses, developing projects, navigating complex regulatory environments, and bringing ambitious ideas into reality.
 

Her experience spans hospitality, tourism, land management & design, trail development, destination development, agritourism, branding, marketing, business creation, land stewardship, planning and legal processes (particularly in Ontario with deep experience through the Niagara Escarpment Commission and Ontario Land Tribunal), small and medium enterprises, and community-based business development.
 

She has personally led projects through years of approvals, financing challenges, operational design, branding, development, and launch, giving her a practical understanding of both the opportunities and realities founders face.
