This was requested by our lawyer ahead of our purchase. They said everything was fine, list documents that speak of the retreat use.

From an email from Mr.Weber ahead of our offer to purchase:

"There was no zoning changes needed and none were enacted.

The retreat centre was able to have 21 people sleep there and this was the normal maximum.  However, once a year we had a group bigger than the 21 people so they brought sleeping tents and sleep in these."

The shower renovation has been completed adding 2 separate side by side shower facilities.
