🏡 Lodge Day Bookings Looking for a warm, rustic space to host your next gathering? The Lodge at Bubble Grove offers a welcoming main floor with plenty of room to connect, create, and celebrate. Enjoy private use of the country kitchen, lounge, and living room - a cozy setting perfect for: - Group meet-ups & community circles - Workshops & classes - Pop-up events or small celebrations Whether you’re cooking together, brainstorming big ideas, or simply relaxing in good company, the Lodge is a flexible and inspiring space for your group. ✨ Day Booking Rates (up to 12 guests) 3 hours: $165 +hst Full day (8 hours): $360 +hst 🌿 Host your next gathering in the heart of Bubble Grove.
Cancellation Policy
Bubble Grove Policies Full policies are available here: https://www.bubblegrove.ca/policies Please read and refer to all policies above for full details. All Policies and guidelines set forth in the Policies link page are active and attached to the permissions and agreements here. If your plans change, we ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling. Booking changes are processed through email only. Please send your message including your full name, booking date or time, and contact details to: hello@bubblegrove.ca. No Shows forfeit the booking fee and receive no refunds or credits. Cancellations to events run by guest hosts and specialty events may be subject to special policies which differ from and override these policies. Details of any overriding policies will be stated at booking and included in your booking and/or confirmation emails. Services Cancelled Due To Weather Or Emergencies Bubble Grove experiences run in all weather except for when it is unsafe to do so. There may be times where a cancellation is necessary due to closed roads or extreme conditions. Cancellations for Extreme Weather or Emergencies are offered a 100% CREDIT for future service at Bubble Grove ( to be used within 3 months of the original booking) DAY EXPERIENCES & ACTIVITIES Experiences are non refundable once booked though may be eligible for a credit depending on circumstances. The final decision is at the discretion of Bubble Grove staff. Sauna Sessions Experiences can be shifted for arrival time up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Dates can be shifted 72 hours ahead of your booked time. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made more than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 100% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 50% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 24 hours ahead of your booked arrival time receive no credit or refund unless under extreme circumstances and this is up to the discretion of Bubble Grove staff.
